When we think Christmas dinner turkey and ham often spring to mind. Obviously these aren’t suitable for any vegetarians or vegans in the family you may have calling round for a festive feast, so we’ve put together some alternative Christmas treats!

Cranberries are synonymous with Christmastime, so should you have any vegetarians or vegans to cater for this Christmas give this awesome Jamie Oliver recipe a whirl! No need to be a master chef, it’s all fairly straight forward. The recipe calls for plenty of nuts (obviously), some herbs, and even contains hints on how to make the recipe vegan.

Roasted Cauliflower

“For a vegan alternative to a classic roast, this spiced, roasted cauliflower is just the ticket!” This looks so delicious that even a carnivore might be tempted to give it a go this Christmas!
